Welcome to Endless Alaska Adventures (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Who We Are
Endless Alaska Adventures is an independently owned, Alaska-based tour affiliate. We help travelers find and book tours and activities operated by independent third-party companies. We are not the operator of any tour or activity listed on the Site.

Our Role: Third-Party Operators and Booking Platforms
All tours and activities on the Site are provided by independent operators. Bookings are made and paid for on third-party booking platforms, currently FareHarbor and Polaris Adventures. When you book, you are entering into an agreement with the tour operator and the booking platform, not with us.
By booking, you agree to:
the booking platform’s terms and policies (FareHarbor’s or Polaris Adventures’, as applicable), and
the individual tour operator’s terms, conditions, waivers, and cancellation rules.
Operators are independent businesses. They are not our employees, agents, or partners, and we do not control how they run their tours, hire and train their guides, maintain their equipment, or make safety decisions.
Bookings, Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
Payments are collected and processed by the booking platform and its payment providers. We do not process, receive, or store your payment card information.
Pricing, scheduling, availability, weather-related changes, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the policies of the operator and the booking platform. The applicable cancellation and refund policy is shown to you before you complete your booking. If you have questions about a cancellation or refund, please review that policy or contact us and we will help point you in the right direction. We are not able to issue refunds ourselves because we do not collect your payment.
Prices, Availability & Accuracy of Information
Tour descriptions, prices, durations, inclusions, and availability shown on the Site (including prices marked “from”) are provided by operators or booking platforms and can change at any time. We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site accurate, but we do not guarantee it. The price and details shown at checkout on the booking platform control.
Weather, Nature & No Guarantees of Sightings
Alaska’s weather and wildlife are unpredictable. We and our operators cannot guarantee northern lights (aurora) sightings, wildlife sightings, clear views, or specific scenery on any tour. Aurora visibility depends on solar activity, cloud cover, and other natural conditions outside anyone’s control.
Tours may be delayed, modified, or canceled because of weather or safety conditions, especially flightseeing, helicopter, boat, and winter tours. Unless the operator’s policy states otherwise, a tour that runs as scheduled is not eligible for a refund solely because sightings did not occur. Any rescheduling or refund for weather cancellations is determined by the operator’s policy.
Your Responsibility as a Traveler
Adventure activities carry inherent risks, including risks of injury and, in rare cases, death. Before booking, you are responsible for:
reading the operator’s requirements, including age, health, fitness, weight, and gear requirements;
completing any waivers, releases, or rental agreements the operator requires (Polaris Adventures operators, for example, may require signed liability waivers);
deciding whether an activity is appropriate for you and your group; and
considering travel insurance that fits your trip.
Affiliate Disclosure
We may earn a commission when you book a tour through links on our Site. This comes at no additional cost to you. It helps us keep the Site running and does not change the price you pay.
Copyright & Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by Endless Alaska Adventures or used with permission from our partners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or use content from the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on the Site without permission, please email us with your name, a description of the work, the URL where it appears, proof of ownership, and your contact information. We will respond promptly.

WE ARE ALSO NOT LIABLE FOR WEATHER- OR NATURE-RELATED CHANGES, OR FOR ERRORS OR INTERRUPTIONS ON THE SITE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at the email above and give us at least 30 days to try to resolve the issue informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Anchorage, Alaska, and you consent to that venue.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date above will change. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
